This in-service training focuses on Reflective Practice in English Language Teaching (ELT) and is designed to support instructors in critically examining and enhancing their teaching practices through systematic reflection. Organised by the Ufuk University Foreign Languages Department, the training aims to foster professional growth, pedagogical awareness, and continuous improvement in language education. The session will be delivered by Öğr. Gör. Hakan Tarhan and Öğr. Gör. Melis Akdoğan Gündoğdu from TOBB University bringing their expertise and experience to guide participants in exploring reflective approaches to effective ELT instruction.
