Explanations:
Diplomas are only delivered in person to graduates themselves, or to representatives with a notarized power of attorney.
Graduates who have lost their diploma must:
Place a newspaper advertisement with the following content:
"Ufuk University … Faculty/School, Program… I have lost my diploma, it is invalid. T.C. Identity Number, Full Name"
The fee for issuing a second copy of a lost diploma is 750 TL. Graduates must apply to the Student Affairs Department of our University with the Lost Diploma Form and the newspaper advertisement.
